Privacy policy
Effective from 2 November 2026
This page explains in plain words what data bandara.lv collects about you, why, and how long it is kept. If anything is unclear, write to [email protected].
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Anda Brauna.
Email: [email protected]
2. What data I collect
- If you fill in a form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the service you chose, your message and the IP address the form was sent from. The request also includes where you came to the site from (for example the name of an ad or a link on another site) and the first page you opened. This is kept only in your browser tab while it is open and is sent only together with the form.
- If you write to [email protected]: your email address, name and whatever you write in the email.
- When you visit the site: the server automatically logs technical data: IP address, time, the page opened and the browser type.
The site has no ads, visitor analytics or social media tracking tools.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your question or request and agree on the work. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To carry out the contract if we start working together. Basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the site secure and detect attacks and spam (technical data and IP address). Basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet legal requirements, such as keeping invoices. Basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
I do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or send you marketing emails.
4. Who else may see the data
I use these service providers to run the site and email. They process data only on my behalf:
| Provider | Used for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| MVPS LTD | The server that hosts the site and the form mailer | Germany (EU) |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Site speed and protection, domain DNS, forwarding of email sent to [email protected] | Global network, including the USA |
| Google (Gmail) | Receiving and answering form requests and emails | EU and USA |
Cloudflare and Google may transfer data to the USA. Both companies participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and use the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
If the law requires it, data may have to be handed over to public authorities.
5. How long I keep data
- Requests and correspondence that don't lead to working together: up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client correspondence and contract data: while we work together and for 5 years afterwards, as the law requires for accounting records.
- Server technical logs: up to 14 days.
6. Cookies
The site itself does not use cookies. For security, Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (for example __cf_bm) that helps tell people from bots. It contains no information about you and expires after 30 minutes.
7. Your rights
At any time you can:
- find out what data about you is stored and get a copy of it;
- ask for your data to be corrected or deleted;
- ask for the use of your data to be restricted, or object to it;
- receive your data in a format you can pass to another provider;
- withdraw your consent, where data is processed on the basis of consent.
To do any of this, write to [email protected]. I will reply within one month.
If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate: www.dvi.gov.lv, Elijas iela 17, Riga, LV-1050.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
This is a translation. If the versions differ, the Latvian version applies.
